Radiographic Examination is in accordance with the requirements of ASME BPVC, Section VIII and III, ASME B31.1 Power Piping, B31.3 Process Piping, and AWS D1.1.
This procedure shall be used to determine the presence of discontinuities in all ferrous and non-ferrous materials and welds in a thickness range of 0 up to and including 6 inches.
Personnel performing Radiographic Examination to this procedure shall be qualified and certified in accordance with AFCO NDE Q&C-NDE-01 written practice for qualification, certification, and training of non-destructive examination. Level II and Level III personnel shall conduct final acceptance examination.
All radiographers are state radiation safety certified.
